As executive director of Tools4Communication, Philippa brings a wealth of expertise in Anger Management, Communication, Life Purpose & Vision. After completing a certified program in Anger Management, Philippa designed and continues to teach restorative workshops in Stress & Anger Management, Assertiveness, Communication, Life Purpose and Vision. She serves to many different groups and individuals including at-risk youth, women inmates, women in rehabilitation, churches, business professionals and parents alike.
Philippa is committed to empowering her clients to be more confident and effective in communication both personally and professionally. She offers practical, educational tools that strengthen and equip clients to make the desired changes that promote positive growth.

Deborah's Palm's is a non-profit women's community center, located in downtown Palo Alto, offering all women a place to unwind, connect with others, discover new options, and restore a sense of well-being. In a warm and welcoming environment, women can find encouragement and support via professional counseling, access to resources, educational classes, mentoring and community service projects.
